My family and I went there in 2004 for a week on March break, and I had the time of my life. The slopes never got boring, and there are three distinct sections to the mountain: the west side, the east side, and the top of the hill. The differences all over the mountain cause you to think you've suddenly appeared on a separate mountain altogether. Such an awesome hill! I drive about three and a half hours there around four or five times a year. The hill is so massive, for Ontario, anyway, that it takes a full day to ride every one. And once you have gone down every hill, you can combine different runs to make a super long one, go from one side of the mountain to the other, and go through the trails in the woods, from green circle to black diamond. Although my experience at Camelback started out rough, it ended on a great note! Some of the guides weren't very helpful. When I told them I didn't know how to ski, instead of starting me on a true beginner's trail, they sent me up to a novice trail that I was not prepared for at all. After a scary fall, and a minor freak out, one of the great men on their Ski Patrol team rescued me and literally help me ski down the mountain.
